Room Rates

SEICA has reserved a block of guest rooms at The Charleston Place at a discounted group rate. There are two separate rates for Saturday and Sunday/Monday nights.

Rates are $450 for Saturday night if you are coming in early and $399 per night for Sunday and Monday nights. Rates are exclusive of the 14% taxes and service charges.

RESERVATION DETAILS: Online reservations can be made by clicking here. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and upgraded rooms are available but only by calling 800.611.5545. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is September 14, 2026.

  • Overnight valet parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available for $62 plus tax, per night/per vehicle
